6. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method. 7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be returned in original packaging with intact seals
• Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
