Shipping Methods
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping: 1-5 business days - $9.99 (free on orders over $100)
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day - $49.99
- Delivery Guarantee: We guarantee your order will be delivered safely. If a shipment is lost, delayed, or damaged by USPS or UPS, we'll make it right at no extra cost. Unlike many competitors, we never charge a delivery-guarantee fee. If UPS fails to meet an overnight delivery commitment, we'll refund the overnight shipping charge.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- All orders are carefully packaged to maintain product integrity during transit

The questions our support team receives most often about orders in transit.
When will my order ship?
Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST are packed and handed to the carrier the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on Sundays, or on holidays ship the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. What should I do?
Scans can stall for two to three days during carrier congestion even when the package is moving normally. If there has been no movement for three business days, email support@alphacarbonlabs.com or call 786-763-1086 with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, reship at no cost to you under our Delivery Guarantee.
Tracking says delivered but I don't have the package.
Check with anyone else at the address and look at side or back entrances first, as carriers sometimes mark delivery at the truck. If it still has not appeared after 24 hours, contact us. Our Delivery Guarantee covers packages marked delivered but not received; we will replace the order rather than send you to file a carrier claim yourself.
Do the peptides need to ship cold?
No. All products ship lyophilized (freeze-dried), which is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of domestic transit. Short-term exposure to summer or winter temperatures in transit does not compromise lyophilized material. Refrigerate upon receipt for long-term storage.
Will I need to sign for my order?
A signature is required for orders over $500. Smaller orders are left without a signature at the carrier's discretion. If you would prefer a signature requirement on a smaller order, tell us at checkout or call us before it ships.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if the order has not shipped. Update the address on your account profile and call or email us the same day. Once a label is created the address is locked by the carrier, so contact us as early as possible.
Is overnight shipping guaranteed?
Overnight orders are shipped on a UPS Next Day service. If UPS fails to meet its overnight delivery commitment, we refund the overnight shipping charge. Friday overnight shipments deliver Monday unless Saturday delivery is added, which is offered at checkout on Fridays for an additional $16.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot ship to locations where regulations restrict research peptides, so please verify your local requirements before ordering.
