How much do I earn per referral?
A flat one-time $50 commission for every new customer who places their first order through your link. There is no percentage tier and no cap on how many new customers you can refer.
What counts as a new customer?
Someone who has never ordered from Alpha Carbon Labs before, arrives through your referral link or code, and completes a paid first order. Repeat orders from that same customer do not generate additional commission, and existing customers do not qualify.
How long does my referral link stay active for someone?
Your link sets a 60-day attribution window. If the person you referred orders any time within 60 days of clicking your link, the referral is credited to you even if they do not buy on the first visit.
When do I get paid?
Cash payouts are issued once your balance reaches $200. Before that, your earnings are not locked up: the full balance is available to spend as store credit on your own orders as soon as your first referral converts.
How are payouts sent?
By Zelle or Cash App, using the payout details on your referral account. You choose your method when you apply and can update it any time from your account.
Can I use my earnings instead of cashing out?
Yes, and it is the fastest option. Store credit becomes available after your first referred sale, with no $200 threshold, and applies automatically at checkout on your next order.
Where can I see my referrals and balance?
The referral dashboard in your account shows clicks, converted orders, pending and approved commissions, your current balance, and your payout history.
What isn't allowed?
Self-referrals and referrals to your own additional accounts or household do not qualify, and neither do orders that are later refunded or charged back. Paid search bidding on our brand name, spam, and any claim about human use of these products are also prohibited and can end your participation.
