Standard synthesis runs about 3 to 4 weeks from approval, expedited about 2 weeks, and rush roughly 1 week. Short unmodified sequences fall at the fast end of those ranges; long, cyclized, or heavily modified peptides can take longer and we will confirm the schedule in writing with your quote.
Routine work covers sequences up to roughly 50 residues, with support for D-amino acids, terminal capping, disulfide bridges and cyclization, PEGylation, lipidation, and labeling. Longer or unusually difficult sequences are reviewed case by case before we quote them.
Every custom lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis including HPLC purity and mass spectrometry identity confirmation. Additional analytics, such as net peptide content, can be added on request when you request your quote.
Custom synthesis is priced per project rather than by a fixed minimum. Very small research quantities are viable, though cost per milligram drops substantially at larger scales, so it is worth asking for pricing at more than one quantity.
