How quickly will someone respond?
Phone calls are answered live during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST. Emails are usually answered within 10 minutes and no later than 30 minutes during those hours. Messages sent outside business hours are answered when we open.
Can you help with dosages, reconstitution, or human use?
No. Every product we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory research use, and we cannot advise on dosing, reconstitution, or any form of human or veterinary use. We are glad to help with product specifications, purity documentation, orders, payments, and shipping.
Where is my order? Can you check on it?
Yes. Tracking is emailed when your order ships and is also shown in your account order history. If tracking looks stalled or shows delivered without arriving, call or email us with your order number and we will open a carrier case and reship if needed under our Delivery Guarantee.
Can I request a Certificate of Analysis for a specific lot?
Yes. Published reports are on our COA page, and if you need the report matched to the lot number printed on a vial you already received, send us that lot number and we will provide the corresponding document.
Do you quote peptides that aren't listed on the site?
We do. Submit the sequence, quantity, and purity target through our custom synthesis request page, or call us to discuss it first. Quotes are returned by email.
Who can purchase from Alpha Carbon Labs?
